Analysis of Human Capital Social Network Model Based on Industry Distribution

This paper with recruitment website workers repeatedly changes employment resume as research object uses literature empirical analysis based model for industry distribution discussion. The results show that IT internet in labor cross-industry has high control information advantage large correlation other industries; traditional limited; construction, leasing, business services, electricity, heat, coal, water frequency lowest; structure more stable.
